Bouncer,Slide&Sports game are made from high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin(1000D); Cartoons,Advertisements are made from 420D oxford cloth.

2. How to ship the goods to the customers?
For sample order,shipment to be made by Courier or Air;For bulk order,shipment can be made by sea or air..which can be decided by customers.

3. how about the lead time?
 That really depends on the exact items,order quantity;for 1pc large game,the lead time is within 2 weeks

4. Can you produce the inflatables complying with instructed drawing,sketch?
Yes.we can completely do as per your detailed requirements.including size,artwork,workmanship..etc. we also can make the drawing/sketch for your confirmation.

5. What is the packing?
Packing to be made by two-layer pacakges,can keep the goods in good condition. Inner packing:Carpet+ Outer Packing: PVC Tarpaulin;it is ideal for long-distance transportation.

6. What accessories included?
 blower,repair kit bag(including the same color’s material, glue),ground sheet are included in the packages. All the blowers are CE& UL Approved. Specially for European& American market need.

7. Can you do OEM business?
Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.

8. What is payment terms?
For bulk order,Payment to be made by 30% T/T deposit,the balance to be paid before shipment; when the order is finished, we will send you the digital photo by email for your confirmation;we won’t  pack the goods until you think everything is ok.

9. Do you have any Warranty?
If proper use. 3 years seam to seam warranty from the date of shipment to Buyer. All water products and games have a One (1) year seam to seam warranty from the date of shipment to Buyer.
